Important Terms & Conditions With Regards to Hajj & Umrah

1. 1. Package cost does not include any personal expenses during travel.


2. 2. For infant (Child below 2 years) Visa Ticket has to be paid. Child below 10 years can share room/bed with parents by paying visa & Ticket cost. if extra bed required you have to pay cost on actual.


3. 3. Child aged 10 years and above is treated as Adult and full package is to be paid for him.


4. 4. Food will be served from next day reaching Makkah as on first day we will have to setup the Kitchen First day re-freshments will be provided. Food will not be provided on Airports and during intercity transfers. personal food to be carried by the passengers. Food demands will not be entertained. Special food for infants, old Age people or Medical patients will have to be arranged by Haji himself.


5. 5. If any person does not like food provided by the organizer He or she are free to purchase food from outside on their own cost. Further no claim is entertained from the organiser.


6. 6. Guests and Relatives of Haji are not allowed to Eat or Stay in our Hotels.


7. 7. ALL Packages have hotel accommodation at 10-15 mins walking distance from Haram and Budget Packages have accommodation at 15-20 mins walking distance from Haram.


8. 8. Maximum baggage allowed per persons is 30 Kgs in Saudi Airlines and 20 Kgs in Air India and other airlines.


9. 9. Coolie services will not be provided everyone carries his own baggage hence please travel light. Excess baggage fees to be paid by pilgrim.


10. 10. The tour costs have been fixed on Net Airfare of ex-Bangalore and Saudi riyal at the prevailing rate & Visa cost. Any increase in the rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour it shall be collected from the passengers as per the prevailing exchange rate of that day.


11. 11. Maryam Tours and Travels accepts no responsibility for Luggage Losses,Money loss,Injuries,Damages, Accidents and Additional Expenses due to any reason for example delay of flights, Misconnection, Sickness, Bad Weather ,Strike ,War, Quarantine breakdown or Transport breakdown or the closure of Airport. You are sole responsible for your luggage and belongings be it at Airport,Hotel premises and throughout the journey.


12. Maryam Tours and Travels will not be responsible if the pilgrim He or She misses the flight due to any reason and in such case the passenger will have to bare the cost of rescheduling in case the ticket can be rescheduled or else if the ticket is Non-Refundable no refund will be made at all. If during the period of rescheduling the Umrah Visa Expires New Visa fees has to be paid by pilgrim.


13. 13. Due to unavoidable circumstances changes and alterations in the package have to made regarding Hotel,Bus, stay-ing period or change of flight Maryam Tours and Travels Reserves and Right to make alterations which pilgrim has to accept and for which no refund shall be made nor any claim shall be entertained.


14. 14. After entering into Saudi Arabia no pilgrim of Maryam Tours and Travels shall be allowed to give up his/her com-panionship with his/her group. He/She will have to travel and will not be allowed under any circumstances to leave the group. Nobody will be allowed to go to Jeddah outside the tour plan.Once the Pilgrim reaches Jeddah Pass-ports will be taken by Umrah Company and will be under their custody till return.


15. 15. No liability on the part of Maryam Tours and Travels arising in any way out of this contract in respect of tour shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid.


16. 16. Any package does not include Zamzam, Sim, Laundry and it can be availed at extra cost paid directly by yourself.


17. 17. Satisfaction of the pilgrim is our prime consideration any claim or complaint by the client must be intimated to Maryam Tours and Travels in the very unlikely event of there being something not to your satisfaction on the pilgrimage that is directly under our control, it should be reported immediately so that there is an opportunity to correct/ rectify the same. The tour operator shall not accept any liability in respect of claims which are not reported to us immediately.


18. 18. Partly utilized services are also considered as fully utilized in such circumstances no refund shall be applicable.


19. 19. For all claims , disputes of whatever nature relating to the tours marketed / Co-ordinated by Maryam Tours and Travels the Courts in Bangalore shall alone have jurisdication.


20. 20. Package cost does not include Courier charges on sending and receiving Passports to the Consulate and Umrah kit have to be borne by pilgrim they are not include in our package cost.


21. 21. Old age and handicap passengers are requested to carry their own wheelchair.


22. 22. All payments should be cleared Two weeks before departure. Special requests if any please inform us before departure without fail.


23. 23. Visa stamping is subjected to approval by Saudi Embassy only. Maryam Tours and Travels will not be responsi-ble if visa is rejected by Saudi Embassy and in that case Mofa fees will have to be paid by haji Visa stamping fees is non refundable.All Passports will be under the custody of Umrah Company throughout the tour.


24. 24. Any person using Foul language or Bad Words or trying to create nuisance and fight in the group will be removed from the group and will be left on his own.No refund will be given to him whatsoever and in extreme cases he will be handed over to police legal action will be taken against him/her.


25. 25. All prices mentioned on website s and Broucher are for Quad (Four in a room) or More sharing in a room, Terms & Conditions / package prices / Airfare are subject to change without any prior price.


26. 26. All payment by Demand Draft or Cheque at par, RTGS, in favour of M/S Maryam Tours and Travels Bangalore.


27. 27. (Post dated cheques are not accepted).
